PRODUCTDESCRIPTION
Lanco TF 1725 is aneffective additive for increasing abrasion resistance and slip. The combinationof PTFE and polyethylene wax does not tend to agglomeration and is thus veryeasily dispersible.
FEATURES/BENEFITS
? Very good surfacesmoothness through combination of pure PTFE and hard polyethylene wax
? High scratch resistance and hardness
? Good metal-marking resistance through reduction ofcoefficient of friction
? Good marresistance

SHELFLIFE/STORAGE
Incorporation | Lanco TF 1725 is very easily dispersible. It can be incorporated using normal stirrers. In very low viscosity systems high shear mixers such as dissolvers or bead mills may be required. |
Addition levels
| For improvement of surface properties such as slip and scratch resistance, addition rates of 0.05 - 2.0% Lanco TF 1725 are recommended, based on total formulation.
If addition rates of over 2% are used in coatings where repair or overprinting are necessary, inter coat adhesion should be checked. |
For shelf lifeinformation please refer to the packaging label and the Certificate ofAnalysis. It provides the date of manufacturing (DOM) and a recommended re-testdate (RRD). The RRD for Lanco TF 1725 is 1825 days after DOM.
Lanco TF 1725 shouldbe stored on pallets in closed areas. In relatively warm storage areas the bagsshould not be stacked too high. A storage temperature of 40°C should not beexceeded.
